This company is a total rip off. We have had nothing but problems since this system was installed in our new home. We had a flood last year which caused damage to the system. Since the home was a new build the warranty covered everything. The builder asked Guardian to come repair the alarm damage. Guardian insisted we pay the service fee even though the building told Guardian to send the bill to them. It took 3 months (of course while we were still being billed) for them to come out and "repair" the damage. Low and behold 8 months later our alarm is having the same problem. This time without a warranty. It has taken over 3 weeks to schedule an appointment (again, still being charged for a non working alarm which they twiddle their thumbs about getting a service person out)
This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. I am normally not a complainer, but this has been beyond ridiculous. Run if you ever see them coming!
