  • My phone service is great and like the tmobile network, but the day manager in the Lakewood store is the worst for customer service, get your tmobile at another store, my phone broke a piece after 2days and he would not even talk to me to help me out they said too bad, it is damaged, the phone is not damaged, I called tmobile customer service and this is a common reoccurance with this phone, so I called sony and they are taking care of the problem, but you would think if you bought a $600 phone and something went wrong in 2 days, the store manager would help. Will not go back to this store
