  • Not only is there a UNNECCSARY rental increase on your 5th month, anniversary, and then all the time after that... they complain about little stuff. I remember having my finger prints taken when I first moved in (unlike Public Storage) and a few months after I moved in another tenant was complaining about WHY it is they even take fingerprints because when his storage unit was broken into, the police didn't even collect fingerprints. Not to mention I use their ONLINE website to do automatic monthly payment option and EVERY time I go in they ask me to fill out a written card with my credit card information on it. What's the use of using a so called secured online website when their $8/hr employees want full access to it in their office? Not worth the hassle and drama. Public Storage is BY FAR SO MUCH BETTER!
