  • I'll be honest, I don't have very high expections (if any) when I go to a Walmart. This especially holds true in the customer service department. However, this Walmart is the first Walmart that I've been to since this local business killer moved to Northern Ohio that I received some form of customer service. Granted the younger gentleman who helped me couldn't find the item I needed, but at least made a polite, concerted effort to try to find it all the while not acting confused or bothered. In addition to this floor associate, another younger gentleman at POS gave us the fastest checkout I've ever experienced! While the store is often cluttered, it doesn't compare to some of the Fright Fests that are labeled Walmart stores. *cough*Willowick*cough*
