I came here recently both during the boxing month (it felt like a month long event) event and to return an item.
I have to say that they have become more like future shop, with service been pretty bad. I have given them an extra star with the mind set that this was during boxing month so I'm sure that they were swamped.
To summarize, my experience was good in that the sales rep in the cell section was amazing. She went out of her way to make sure that even the package I picked up was aesthetic (not damage) and went to get me a new one.
But this was balance out by the cashier who gave me some attitude when the pricing of one of my items was not the price at the stand where I picked it up. They finally called a guy off the floor who looked bewildered, and he proceed to run to the stand and come back to confirm it was the correct price and that I was wrong. Since the transaction had gone through they won't refund me on the spot and redirected me to another line, which literally ran across the store.
Understand that it was boxing month so returns happen, but dang, why couldn't you do it at the till for me?
I think i've found my measure of how good a best buy is...how they operate their returns line....
