  • I came in today to simply ship out two packages that were ready to go. I had the labels ready i just needed 2 of those plastic label cases to stick on the boxes. The woman refused to give me one then pointed at some tape 5 feet away and grunted for me to use some tape that was behind the counter. She was so so nasty. A black woman around the age of 65. I took my boxes and left... drove to beachwood usps and the woman there helped me out and it was a 60 second transaction. She was shocked about the service i had in Mayfield. I cant believe that person is employed to work with the public. I will never go there again. Id rather go out of my way to avoid her.
