| - Went into the Nissan dealer for a transmission service. Lucky for me, they were the same price as other shops in that area, so I figured I would go to Nissan and get the once over on the car and get he trans serviced. The work here is top notch. I have never had any complaint about that. My biggest issues is that pricing at this dealership keeping going up. I was quoted one price and when I get there, I'm told that the price went up. This has happened before, so it needs to be mentioned. The original price that I was quoted was still good since it was up on their digital board and had not been changed. I also used my AARP card to get 20% off the total bill. I also asked about an oil change too, but at $35.00, forget it. Everyone else is offering them for $15 or less.
My other gripe, this store has no character. It's boring. The Honda dealership and the Toyota have really nice waiting areas, lots of snacks and good reading material. Nissan...nothing. One t.v. for everyone to watch, old ratty magazines to read, and no snacks except for a vending machine. Offer some fruit, cookies, etc...change up the waiting area.
