  • The gym needs attentions and vacuuming does not do what steam cleaning the carpets would accomplish. I did not ask to end my contract immediately and was going to fulfill my end of the contract as I would expect you to. I'm not sure how you can legally terminate my contract immediately without at least talking to me. The black rubber floor is never clean, look behind the dumbbells. All of the equipment should be cleaned not just the parts you touch due to the fact people sweat on the equipment and the dirt sticks to the sweat. When Bridgette was there the gym was always clean. This is your business and as a business owner you should want to take pride in your gym. I'm not asking to be able to eat off the the floor just a sanitary environment. Golds gym or now EOS is cleaned twice daily. I talked to Noah about the condition of the gym and he said you had someone come in once a month to clean. The pic of the smith machine isn't grease it's dirt and dust. There's a safety in place so you can't smash your fingers in there. Also deleting my pics I posted of your dirty gym is funny. Don't worry I have plenty more to share with corporate.
