  • this is a pet STORE. meaning it is retail. so retail employees are supposed to make sales and have good customer service. i went to this store the other day and a young blonde-haired male worker came up to me and asked me if i had any questions. i said no and he has the nerve to say, "well you've been standing here for awhile now, if you're not serious in buying a dog, you should just leave instead of standing around here." like excuuuuse me! first of all, i was interested in buying a dog, but after that attitude, nevermind! there are cute puppies here, but i'm not going to come back after hearing that attitude from a worker. that's not the way to treat your customers. i wish i got his name though, but he was blonde haired. he was so rude and i felt threatened by him to leave the store. i was only there for a good 10 minutes looking around at all the puppies. he needs to chill
