I would've loved to give this place a 5, and In certain areas I would but overall I find them to be a 3.
For starters the initial gown consultation was great! Our consultant was very helpful and knowledgeable. Listened to what I wanted and pulled dresses in the same genre. Fortunately for her I was already set on a Pnina Tornai.. it was the first dress I tried on and only tried on 4 more before purchasing the Pnina. The overall initial gown consultation was memorable. It went downhill from there.
My first bad experience was with the bridesmaid dresses.
I booked a bridesmaid dress appointment but they failed to mention that they only had a selection of about a dozen dresses. We left within 10 minutes of our appointment. Personally I think they should either get a larger selection or stop selling them all together since they can't compete with other bridal salons in this genre.
I ordered my dress in March 2016, wedding being overseas on 15 July 2017 with a need by date of 7 July 2017. By May 2017 I had not received any phone call or follow up on my dress, with less than 8 weeks to go this was quite concerning. Getting a hold of the store proves to be challenging. They are quick and easy when it's to book the initial gown consultation but for any other services it's actually quite difficult to get a hold of someone. After multiple phone calls and voicemails I finally spoke to a live person who told me she would get back to me once she checked if my dress was ready for my first fitting. When she called me back she unceremoniously told me they have it. So why no phone call? Why did I have to chase them for an expensive purchase I made at their store? By the time I went for my first fitting it was 5 weeks before the wedding. Not impressed.
Long story short I find their services after your purchase to be really subpar. They almost seem to not care once they've made their sale.
