  • This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen, I have never been more disrespected in a business establishment in all of my life. To start the story off this company towed me from my own parking spot in my own apartment complex (which I pay for) because they thought my tags had expired. I went to the office to correct the situation and they were extremely rude, even repeatedly called me a "LIAR", because they did not believe I had up-to date registration on my vehicle. After dealing with their rude employees, I returned to the property not 10 minutes later with my proof of registration (including a printed date on the paper of February 2014 which is well before the current date) thinking they would be somewhat apologetic, however to my dismay they CONTINUED to call me a Liar... To make matters even worse, the OWNER of the entire property came out and said, "Is it true your calling him a liar", and manager just shrugged her shoulders and said yes like it was no big deal. I thought the owner would hopefully correct her and demand better service but he just walked out of the trailer without even questioning it. The only way I was even able to get my car out of the lot was by having my property manger DEMAND it be released or they would go to the police for contract infringement I can not believe any business is run like this, if you are ever thinking about using All City Towing in the future for any type of living establishment or business property towing, PLEASE refrain from doing so. I would NEVER want my future customers to have to go through the disrespect that I just experienced.
