I had a weird experience here.
I recently bought an Xbox One and I've had the common Kinect power issue. Microsoft sent out a replacement and I wasn't home for the delivery so I had to pick it up here. When I walked in I mentioned that i had a package but I forgot to bring the delivery notice with me. The staff member asked for ID, but the way she asked me was like I was putting up a fight or something. It seemed very confrontational. I gave her my ID and I signed for the package.
The deal with Microsoft is that I had to swap the old one for the new one and send the old one back. I used the store's little table to repackage the box and stuck the return notice on the outside. When I went to hand it back to the clerk she seemed even more confused as to what was going on.
I wouldn't say this was a negative experience, just a bizarre one. Its great that there is a UPS store in a convenient place so you don't have to go up to the depot by the airport to get your package, but I think I might need a return trip here to figure out of the customer service is good or not.
