  • The "salon" is a HOT MESS. I'm positive they just shaved my dog without actually bathing her. When we picked her up, she was covered in razor burn and still had thorns/stickers in her fur. They also cut her during her haircut and she was bleeding when we picked her up. Her nails were a jagged, broken mess. When I addressed these issues, they said they didn't want to stress out my dog. When I asked why they didn't bathe her (and why they were still charging me for a bath), suddenly no one remembered and they were all "on their break" when my dog was supposed to be groomed. I'm pretty sure that the neighbor kids could have done a better job with a pair of dull scissors. Don't bring your dog here unless you want your dog to get seriously traumatized and to suffer from a full-body case of razor burn.
