| - I currently do not live here, however I moved out in summer of 2016. I was dealing with Adrianna and Lea (however I do not know if they still work here) during the move out process. Additionally, I set my move out date 30 days ahead of time. In addition, I paid my final move out charges, removed EVERYTHING from my unit, returned my keys to the office, and that was that. Unfortunately, that was not the case. In October of 2016, I received a letter from National Credit Systems (debt collector) stating I am in debt due to remaining charges at Tuscany Palms. The following day, I decided to consult Tuscany Palms regarding the processing error, as I was sure there was no other reason for receiving this letter, unless there was an computer error. Unfortunately, once again, that was not the case. Furthermore, I was then bombarded by Cory (do not know if he is still currently there as well) and Adrianna stating, I left a "big green ugly couch, bags of trash, and three broken doors", I lived in the one bedroom 479sq ft apartment for 3 years, I think I can decide how many doors were in my apartment(front door, front balcony door, back balcony door, and bedroom door) and all of them were still intact when I moved out. Yes I may have taken a while to write such a grievance, and yes I may have not paid the debt that is destroying my credit because I do not feel that it is right, even though it is such a minuscule amount, please understand I just downloaded this yelp app, 5 minutes prior to writing this. I work in a service department for a dealership for several years now, and I know how important customer service is, with that said, please know that this place is a sincere rip off, to this day my biggest issue is that my credit is tarnished due to the fact of Lea and Adrianna. I did act out of line one day in front of them. But can you understand where I am coming from? Lea and Adrianna both had my email address(which I didn't use at the prior time) and my phone number yet regretted to inform of any possible discussion and or reformation towards the situation, when I confronted them about why they could not have sent me a letter to make an action with them first before them sending something to the debt collector, they lied to me and said they did, even though I changed my mailing address, a week after I moved out. If you're looking to live in an apartment in the Mesa area, avoid Tuscany Palms at all costs. They're scam artists!
