  • I have lived here for 2 months, and we have had horrible experiences since moving in. First, we did not get the apartment we were promised. Leslie, the property manager is very rude! Each time I walk into the office I hear her yelling and barking orders at the other employees or someone on the phone. Not one single employee has had anything nice to say about her for fear of their jobs. The window lock in my apartment has been broken since moving in, and over a month later, the window is still not fixed. Maintenance staff is super nice, and doing their best to make tenants happy, but are overwhelmed with too much work being demanded of them. No notice has been given when maintenance will be coming. They just show up. Home or not, they come right on in. This place was absolutely filthy when we moved in. They had their cleaning service come in, but all that was done was vaccuum the carpets and mop the floor with a sour mop. I have read reviews of it being quiet here. Not so!! The thumping of car stereos at 11:00 pm. Leaf blowers and garbage trucks at 8:00 am. About half a dozen school buses comes through the entire complex. Not meet out front, they all drive through the entire complex. The good....this place is close to everything in Henderson, but I definately will not be renewing my lease when its ends.
