  • I booked this hotel thru hotel.com. It was about $100 plus resort fee per stay. They say they are pet friendly but actually they charge you $170 non-refundable per dog per stay. Most of other hotels are more reasonable and nice to pets. In fact, Best western plus only charge $10 per dog per stay. Holiday inn charges $20 per dog per stay. It was my fault prob that I didn't call for the hotel to check how much they charge for a pet fee. But I had never been charged this much from other hotels. I understand if it's refundable, but why they have to charge $170 non-refundable fee? And why they still claim that they are pet friendly hotel? Of course I didn't stay there. I went to Best western instead with my doggie and I felt a lot better though I wasted money for this hotel.
