  • BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! If I could give this a negative it would be -10 stars. The unprofessionalism is appauling, and it's down right flabbergasting to see them still in business. This company needs to be shut down. I have NEVER NEVER written a negative review, but I have no problem saying this is my first. Go with anyone besides them. My client put down a deposit 6 weeks before they were suppose to come lay the turf. In that entire 6 weeks my client called them multiple times, and even texted? them as well. No reply for a MONTH! Then a couple days before to confirm. No answer, no reply, no phone call. May 12th is here, they were suppose to start at 8am sharp, and never showed. After again, multiple phone calling and texts the day of installation my client finally got a text from Michael Ortiz saying they were already to thin and would not be able to make it... Now my client will be fined by my HOA and My client is losing her water rebate. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
