  • Terry Robertson and Desert Realty have managed various Las Vegas properties of mine for almost 30 years. They are the best! Property management is an intense, high stress business with a high burn out rate. Terry's organization is very disciplined, responsibilities divided among several people yet structured for communication with forms and procedures for everything , . . . nothing is left to chance. Never a "oh, I forgot, they called" or "I thought you were going to do that". My tenants are taken care of which means less turnover and vacancy for me. They carefully screen the tenant applicants and insist on prompt rent payments. They are knowledgeable of the ever increasing landlord/tenant laws and fair housing regulations. That keeps ME out of trouble with the law and fines. I get individual property financial statement and a check mid month. They are the best, don't waste time with the others.
