| - This place is terrible! Plain and simple. First and foremost, I sat around all day waiting for them, then I called and asked where they are and the rep said "we aren't scheduled to come out there today." I had and still have the email with the time and date of the scheduled appointment, the rep called me a liar and offered $25 off of the SECOND months bill, so that way they'll keep me for at least two months. Started off terribly but I gave them a chance because people make mistakes. Secondly, I got the service because the $45 for 25 Mbps that is advertised on their website. That's a great deal, however, I was getting 7-8 Mbps for the first couple of weeks. I called them and told them I am not paying for this slow of speeds, what's up, and this is the exact quote "you are paying for up to 10 Mbps, but we can come out next week to upgrade you for free to 25 Mbps." There is absolutely nothing on their website in regards to 10Mbps pricing. That was the second mistake. Now in regards to the service. It stinks, we can't stream anything without a glitch AND freezing. Very rarely is there a clear stream and this is even with our tv right by the modem. Unfortunately, I will be going back to Cox and pay a little more but their servers and connection speeds are great. peace out CentuyLink!
