  • I've been back in to Blue Lotus a couple times recently, and I'm happy to report things are still great. I realized I've had the same stud jewelry in my lip since my last visit five years ago and stopped by recently to switch back to a hoop. The jewelry switch price has gone up a bit (from $3 to $5) but Myke is a delight and worth every penny. He knows how to correctly fit you for what you need and won't give you something that isn't going to work just because you're willing to fork over the cash. While I've kept the number of holes in my head the same for the past few years, I was with my friend who decided to get a nose piercing the last go-round and Myke was great about putting my nervous pal at ease and explaining everything to her without being condescending. He also designed a custom ear piece for her when she came with me to get my lip updated last week which was pretty rad. Every piece of jewelry I've purchased through Blue Lotus has been reasonably priced and of good quality - definitely a must for something that you'll wear every day.
