  • My family loves the wings from wing stop. The only location that we have eaten from is the one in Bloomington. On our way back home from a weekend trip to Carbondale, we decided to place an order using the mobile app to the Wing Stop in Champaign. Big mistake. I arrived 5 minutes after the time that my order was supposed to be ready only to be told that it would be another 30 minutes. 45 minutes later the employee that originally told me 30 minutes looks at me in shock and asks my name again. About ten minutes later, my order was ready. After another hour drive to get home, I find out that the potato salad that I ordered and was correct on my receipt was coleslaw. The food from this chain is good , but this location has horrible service and should not take more orders than they can handle at a given time. Also, if you are going to take orders when you are in over your heads, have the common sense to fill them in the order taken. I saw quite a few people come in, place their order and receive it before me.
