  • Noisy. Don't stay in room 224. I called at your service rep 3 times in 3 hours. Each time she apologized and said she would send engineering to look for the source of the noise, which sounded like a really loud industrial fan. Engineering never came. Maybe I should have taken the earplugs they provided in my room as a serious foreshadowing of what a noisy night I was in for.
