  • Horrible horrible service.Dropped 2 pairs of jeans to have inner thighs patched;quoted $50 because I was a new customer. Went to pick up order and they had not completed them due to a machine being broken. Returned a few days later to find one pair done and the other with only one side patched. Returned a few days later yet again to find that they still had not repaired the other side. The extremely rude, defensive and sarcastic clerk informed me that for an additional $15 they would repair the other side.They claimed that I had misunderstood when I placed the order as though I would of requested they complete 3/4 of the job. I requested a discount for the multiple trips I had made and the incomplete work. They stated they had already taken $5 off for being a new customer but then so generously took $2.50 off. I paid these people $50 for 3 iron on patches I could of done myself. Absolutely pathetic. If i could give them no stars i would. .
