The Sales Manager I worked with here was one of the most unprofessional individuals I've had to work with. The dealership claims to have a 110% price match guarantee for the same exact model car at similar dealerships. I provided a listing of the same style car I was interested in at another dealership, and the Sales Manager went on to claim that the listing is inaccurate because it included additional rebates. Yet, the Sales Manager had no verifiable proof to back up his claim. This led me to believe the price match guarantee is false advertising. As a result, I contacted the other dealership the following day who then informed me that one of the rebates the Sales Manager mentioned was in fact not included in the internet price. Additionally, be prepared to pay $800 for "Doc" or administrative fees that are apparently non-negotiable. A simple Google search shows that these fees average around $100-$400 and are negotiable. However, the Sales Manager went on to lie about how these fees go into an "Owner's trust fund." The only positive from this experience was that the sales person I initially worked with was nice, but as soon as the Sales Manager took over, that quickly changed. Overall, the dealership needs to do a better job of supporting their guarantees and be more willing to negotiate and listen to their potential customers rather than treating them like they are incompetent.
