  • Nothing special at this Hyatt. I stayed in August - it is off season and this hotel is a tired convention hotel. Thanked me for being a Hyatt preferred member and the 2 1 liter bottles in the room was complementary. There is no club lounge. I asked the front desk and they said the hotel was built before hotel built club lounge. The hotel design is typical Hyatt with an atrium in the middle. I was supposed to have another stay and I cancel since I found the Andaz was charging the same price plus a reduced resort fee for the off season. When the front desk ask me how was my stay I said the shower did not have enough hot water she just said really she would let maintenance know. The sink water with only the hot water knob turned on was lukewarm but was hotter than the shower.
