  • The customer service is extremely nice! I wasn't here for repairing but only trying to rent a PC laptop. The rate is lower than I thought and a staff give me USB port for me to fix the problems I had. I wanted the laptop has Windows 8 and Chris installed a Windows 8 with free trial for me. When I return it and get refund, the lady I haven't seen before was so friendly and nice too. Very nice customer service. The location is a little bit hard to find though.
