Let me preface this by saying I used to love this place and have spent a few thousand dollars on furniture from them. Ordered a dining room set and was specifically told by salesperson Todd Schilling NOT to refuse delivery if something was damaged because they would fix it. It was delivered with 2 dents and a scratched off finish. Called customer service who said we SHOULD have refused delivery and what I was told by the store was wrong... So disappointed. You lost a very loyal customer after this incident!
Update after a second delivery of a new table it was also damaged. Third times a charm the table is beautiful without any damage. Unfortunately this was a huge inconvenience and I will not be going back.
