Saturday night, great fall evening, a reservation at Loire, what could go wrong ?
Everything. First we were greeted with "How long are you going to be?" by a truly embarrassed MaƮtre D'. When we asked our waiter /manager why we had been greeted with such an offensive question, we were scolded for being 20 minutes late - we had been courteous and called beforehand - and how difficult it is to manage two seatings ...
Needless to say we left, after our drinks.
