  • Exceptional. Colleen knows her stuff!! And she takes a LOT of pride in her work. I was passing through Toronto from Vancouver, on my way to Rwanda, and I needed a fill as many of my lashes on one eye had fallen off in less than two weeks (it was also my first time having lash extensions). We ended up removing them all and Colleen did a volume set that was so much better than what I had! She takes a lot of care to first find out what you really want and what will suit you and your usual makeup habits best. She also gives you lots of info on caring for them and a little spoolie to brush them out. But what really topped it off was this: Colleen took photos of my finished lashes and then later noticed that one eye should have had a couple more inner lashes. So she called me the next day to tell me and offered to fix it for free and even to pay for my Uber to get there! She did this knowing that I was just passing through Toronto and would not be a repeat customer. I was very impressed with that. Now I'm two weeks in Rwanda and my lashes still look great! I have had no problems and in fact have lost very few lashes- also with the help of her care tips. If you're looking for someone you can trust completely with your lashes, go with Fembotika!
