rev:text	I experienced one of the worst customer service here! I had a package that was missing the my street name. They were unable to deliver it. I called the 1800 number to usps and told the lady the tracking number. She told me the package was at the pebble facility still and I should call them to tell them the street name and have it delivered. The experience gets bad once I call the pebble office. I Call the pebble and one of their rude employees answer and I told her the situation. She asked for the tracking number and I began saying it and she cuts me off saying it's a fedex tracking number so she can't help me. I asked her so what do I need then? And she said I need the usps tracking number. I said how can I get that and she said she "I have no idea". She was incredibly rude. I called fedex and asked how can I get the usps tracking and the young lady told me I just have to put a "92" in front of the fedex tracking number and it becomes the usps tracking. Upset, I called back and the rude women answered again and I told her I had the tracking number. She put me on hold 3 times, and finally she said " do you want to pick it up?", I answered yes. I go there to pick it up and they cannot locate my package. That employee did not do her job and didn't put my package to be picked. Nor did she correct the address that she said she would do. She was rude and very unhelpful. It's incredible that the 1800 number was able to locate my package with the fed ex tracking number because she knows how to do her job. That employee was the worst and I wish I got her name because she basically sabotaged my package into being sent back to the shipper! Horrible customer service!
