  • I will say I've been living here for 9 months and i love it . This apartments are good , but definitely needs an upgrade . My fridge has dents the floors looks like they coming off from the side where the fridge goes . You put in a work order request they never get back at you . You gotta keep calling the office to see when someone is going to come. the job the maintenance does is good , but effortless . It always smells like dog and cat piss every day ! And the pool is dirty like they clean the pool area .... the rent here is not cheap . The security men that "walks" around they all worthless . They don't do nothing , once in awhile I see them walking around . Not too long ago someone scratched me truck !!!! I'm pissed because all the money I pay I should at least feel like my vehicle is safe . One time a Holmes guy also slept in back of my truck . !!!! I've called the office if they can comp me a garage ,' because for sure ain't paying $100 Iam a paying tenant I shouldn't have my personal stuff being vandalized or be scared that someone is sleeping in back of my truck . I'll will report this issue to corp because I find it ridiculous ! The people upstairs make so much noise the walls are so thin ! You can hear everything! I recommend to rent else where or buy a house . Pls do some research on the place you will be renting for awhile . Because I'm dying to get out of this place .
