  • We spent an afternoon here and left completely insulted. Not insulted by their offer, but literally verbally insulted by one of the managers. We then had to ask for our keys (they kept them after doing the trade in assessment) so we could leave. When we stated we had another offer from a different dealer, the manager said, "I'm sure you do" in crass sarcasm. That's a good way to lose a potential customer.
