rev:text	This was the worst experience I've ever had in a Dr.'s office. The staff were non-emotional and rude. I had an appointment for an endoscopy @ 11:30am, but was Alex to be there by 10:30. When I first got there the office was overflowing with people. I was asked to fill out my paper work and sit down. Before doing so, I asked why I had to come in @ 10:30am. Rude Briana, told me that's what the dr likes and dismissed me. After sitting there for a hour, there were people leaving, complaining, and asking for their records because they are tried of waiting around and dealing with the staff. There were 2-3 people ahead of me and have been waiting for 2 hrs. I wasn't going to be able to get back for my procedure for at least 2-4 hrs. I went to go talk to the office manager to re-schedule my appointment, and he was so nice to inform me that I was going to be charged $200 for a cancellation fee!!! I didn't cancel and appointment!! And you have been refunding patients all morning. Why am I different?! That was the worst experience ever! If you want a good Dr and experience in a dr office, DO NOT GO HERE!! I will tell you again, people were walking out, that's how bad it was! Do you really want a dr doing procedures when he cant control his own staff! NO THANK YOU!
