  • Mark ordered a medium hamburger and extra extra crispy fries for lunch. I wish I had taken a picture. The burger was rare and the fries were definitely not crispy. The waiter/bartender was good, but it took forever to cook another burger. We waited a long time for the burger. For these huge mistakes, no manager came out, nobody apologized, and we paid full price. The bartender, Preston, was very nice, but we won't be returning. Do they even have a manager?
