  • I'm a long-time patient of this practice but have been disappointed in recent years. First, we had problems with billing matching up correctly with insurance statements - things being overcharged to insurance or to me. Second, the dentist keeps pushing us off on new dentists who join his practice, but end up leaving soon after. Finally, expensive crowns were recommended to replace fillings that seemed perfectly fine. The final straw came with a recent treatment which he began without painkiller (I don't take any meds so I'm not 'one of those'). Even after confirming 'yes this hurts' two times, having tears coming out of my eyes and practically jumping out of the chair - he continued to scrape away. I am really afraid of dentists and he knows that. He has always been very conscientious and gentle before, so I was just horrified. He seemed very annoyed and maybe he was having a bad day, but it hurt so much, I don't think I could ever go back. I would be terrified to have him ever work on me again. Unfortunately this was the last straw and I will be looking for another dentist.
