  • Pathetic company. Stay away from this company. I lived in this Unit. They charge you cleaning fees when you move in. Absolutely worst service when you need them. And when you move out they charge money with all utter lies. Seriously you charged me 1000$. Grow up. They charged me 900+ dollars as cleaning fees after I paid a professional cleaner before moving out. If you give their cleaning company money then they won't charge. Seriously? Worst professionalism ever Did I mention they took money for cleaning when I moved in 2.5 years back. STAY AWAT FROM THEM Future tenants- Stay Away from RPM West Valley. They are bunch of Liars By the way an update - I posted above review yesterday 26TH June. I sent them emails. Left VMs and sent messages on their FB page. No response for them. They don't care.
