  • Im actually in florida but I called to see if they would let me pay over the phone for my mothers b-day cake as a surprise ( shot in the dark i know) Even though they could not when I called the phone was answered before it made the first full ring then I was on hold for a manager less than 15 sec. Scott was the manager who answered apologized for the long hold ( i laughed because it was so quick) and he was so nice and so sorry that he could not! Thank you Bashes you guys rock I wish you guys were here in Florida!
