  • This experience was awful. The movers on site were competent and friendly, but that is the only positive thing I can say about the process. First, my scheduled move time got changed without any notification. After calling to figure out what happened, I was told a 3rd guy would be added to the job to make sure things got done on time. Instead of a 3rd mover, they sent a trainee, who actually slowed down the move because he had to be shown things throughout. Once everything was moved (originally scheduled to be complete around 2pm, they finished up at 9pm), the office staff was rude when dealing with payment. They gave me an excuse about truck availability, and said there was nothing they could do about the price, except refund me the extra 30 minutes they went over the 2-4 hour estimate. After all of this, the manager had to call me back when he realized he didnt have my credit card on file. I'll be sure to never use this company for any move in the future, and that none of my friends or family do either.
