  • I highly and strongly recommend the Ingleside Animal Hospital. Recently I needed to transport a parrot from PHX to Hawaii. The state has various requirements before any animal can be imported from the Mainland. Dr. Brian Serbin did an excellent job for me, including ensuring that the Agricultural forms were filled out properly, and that the entire process and procedures were followed. Some of this process included the requirement that my bird be quarantined for 7 days prior to travel into the State of Hawaii. Mandy Price (who is the manager of the operation) ensured that my pet was well cared for. The entire staff visited my pet daily, and Mandy allowed me to come over twice a day, which helped minimize the stress on my pet prior to travel. I cannot say enough about how well I was treated, and how nice the entire staff treated both myself, my wife, and our pets. (They also took care of all the requirements for our dog to travel). 5 Star rating for the ENTIRE TEAM at Ingleside, in Phoenix Arizona at 4855 Thomas. Thank you all for treating us like your family.
