| - Once again, we were blown away with the amazing service and stay provided by this gorgeous hotel! Check in was a breeze, thanks to Justin, one of the nicest people they have working there, and the room was even better than our last one! This time we stayed in one of their two bedroom suites, which gave us MORE than plenty of space to spread out with our growing family and also feel like we were at home. The breakfast buffet everyday was delicious and never over crowded, which made it super easy to get what we needed for the kids and sit down right away. The location of the hotel made it very easy to get anywhere we wanted to go, whether it was a stroll in market sq to see the sites down town or a quick ride into shadyside and sq. Hill to see family and friends. We are so happy to stay here and can't rave enough about this amazing hotel. Anything you need, they have it. Anytime you have an issue (and you won't have any, trust me), they're there to solve it. And the valet was quick, easy, and very affordable. Thank you again to all of the staff at the hotel for helping to make our trip to Pittsburgh feel just like home! Can't wait to come back!
This hotel was amazing from start to finish! Beginning with the valet greeting us immediately to help check us in, to the bellman gathering our belongings to bring us upstairs to the lobby, to the very sweet, Justin, who checked us into our room, we felt like we were treated like royalty! The lobby is beautiful! The views are amazing! Our room had a view of the incline and down town that was spectacular! The bed was super comfortable and the room itself was really modern looking and perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 kids). Bedroom had plenty of room for our pack n play for the baby too. The shades kept the rooms very dark, which helps everyone sleep very well! Breakfast was complimentary and DELICIOUS!!! What a spread! The computers in the lobby were extremely helpful for printing out tickets or anything you needed, and was also complimentary. The artwork around the hotel on every floor is so unique and beautiful! Particularly the one in the lobby above the check in desk. The pool is gorgeous and indoors, so it's any and all season! Overall, I couldn't have more amazing things to say about this hotel! It was truly an experience that I hope we will have again many times, as we frequently visit Pittsburgh to see family. Thank you again to the amazing staff! Hope to see you again soon! From, AtoZ!
