  • Worthless home inspection! Our realtor suggested allowing these lazy hustlers to inspect our home. As you can see most of these reviewers giving these scammers 5 stars are all pond scum realtors! Home Shield only works for realtors because thousands of dollars of repairs were needed once purchasing our home! - Mark and his son never went on the roof to inspect the condition, claiming to inspect the roof with binoculars from the ground! - They never went into the attic where our heating unit is located. - for $50 extra dollars they glanced at the pool equipment looking for leaks, something I could have done for nothing. - They claimed the hot tub was working, when it was NOT HEATING! We ended up needing it hauled off to the trash! Thanks Mark! - claimed they couldn't inspect dishwasher because dishes were in it?!! - they had a battery tester that went unused in our inspection on the gas starter of the fireplace and smoke alarms were dismissed because they were missing batteries. - unable to answer any questions nor inspecting a hot tub and expensive Kinetico water system - said grill was in working condition and it was not. It needed full replacement! WORTHLESS LAZY SCAMMERS! AVOID!
