  • Manager and staff were extremely rude and dishonest. My wife and I came in looking for an apartment and everything was going great so we signed paperwork and gave them a refundable $100 to hold the apartment. After talking to friends on base they informed us of all of the bad experiences that have happened to military personnel. And what do you know we get a call saying the rate we were quoted can no longer be locked in so we request our money back.. they tell us the office is closing and to come in the morning. We make it early in the morning and what do you know they lose our paperwork and the $100 we gave them is no longer refundable we avoid conflict and go about our business.. beware they sell you a dream with the nice property and okay prices but they are scam artist.
