  • 2 years ago I purchased a Shoei Helmet. Coming back from Dayton, the sun visor failed to move up or down. I brought it to the service department to see if they could see a problem. They couldn't and just suggested I send it to Shoei in California. I was ready to head home and pack it, when Mark Engel (the President) came to the counter and said that he would ship it overnight to California at his cost. When it's so easy to write a bad review, I just had to document this very positive experience.
