  • Very good food but I have to be hard on a place like this. You're paying top dollar for everything from environment to world class service and thus you'd expect the food to be equally top echelon, but I could nit pick my steak and the food's temperature. Sitting at the bar was not top echelon service attentiveness, just good. The chef and owner need to pay more attention to detail if they want to be seen as Las Vegas' best restaurant, which they very well could be.
