  • Had a garage spring snap late last night. Called Triple B today (Saturday) and they had someone out within 2-3 hours. I also thought I had a broken cable, but they were the only company of four that I called that told me the cable probably wasn't broken, it just came loose when spring snapped. For all I know, they could have said it was broken and charged me. Both Rusty and Roderick were very personable and polite. Fast service, very personable and fair price, I would call Triple B again!!
