  • I have been coming to this location for the better part of one year now. And, in the beginning everything it was absolutely amazing! The service, the atmosphere, the energy by all of the employees has always been very positive, uplifting and happy for me to keep coming back time and time again. Lately, however, I feel as though the staff doesn't really care about me anymore. I have called several times to schedule an appointment and when I keep getting the run around for my appointment times I start to feel less valued as a customer. Or when I leave a message and no one calls me back. Today, I called to schedule an appointment, the receptionist or the person entering the call made a mistake and said Tuesday but rather than except her mistake and say that she meant for Wednesday she insisted that I was wrong. When I called back again to confirm my appointment the person on the phone didn't address herself so I had no idea who I was speaking with. And it almost seemed like I was interrupting her. I am starting to feel as though maybe I did something wrong. And this is their way of letting me know. Either way it's not a good feeling. I will continue to go back to this location because I like the masseuse and the doctors. I think that those who answer the phones can do a better job with their customer service.
