  • Yes it's well designed and they offer you still or sparkling water or tea, but their staff aren't trained. My nail tech didn't know how to run the equipment (pedi spa) or what products to use for a French gel. It wasn't her fault, she wasn't trained! It's wonderful to invest in the decor and products, but if I don't get a decent mani and pedi it's not worth the price or the time (2.5 hours!) I spent there!! Too bad! I was really hoping this place would be different! Unfortunately it was just overpriced and the focus was on the 'show ' not the end product. Now, a week later I have 2 broken nails (hadn't broken a nail in over a year) and chipped toenails! Unbelievable!
