  • If I could give no stars, I would. Rented a car, and explained that the drop off would be at 5pm, not 1030 as stated when booked with Expedia. Jose, said no problem, we will just add $20 extra to your bill and then anything later than 5 will be an hourly rate. I asked if the 20 was added. He said yes. Right. Interestingly, the women in front of me also got the same story from Jose. I was charged an extra $37 plus an hourly fee of $12.59 from 10:30 am. So an additional $120. Emilio told me that if I had been responsible and returned my car on time then this wouldn't be a problem. I was told he would refund me $20... But he never did it and I was late for my flight from all their BS. No apology or trying to make right. This is a terrible company, Expedia should not provide them business. This is the second time I've had $100-160 added to my bill with fox. They use different methods to up their $$. Do yourself a favor and go with a reputable company like hertz or budget and stay away from this company.
