For eye check ups they are fine. But have some serious front end ordering issues that they need to work out.
My kids and I have been using blink for years for eye checkups and they are run of the mill. They get the job done and have reasonable customer service. Nothing phenomenal but it gets the job done. Selection for glasses is limited but you can always buy your glasses elsewhere.
They do have some serious front end issues and they need to get those fixed ASAP. Recently I tried to order some contacts, pretty boring transaction IMHO. But to my surprise, I went to pick up my order and was surprised with a bill that was 2.2 times my expected, and emailed total.
When reviewing this with the staff I was told that someone had misquoted me, on a pretty generic contact order, and that the price was the new total owed. No apology, no real explanation, just pay the new total.
Needless to say I was very disgusted, as I could have order the contacts from a couple of other locations for about the originally quoted price and not wasted my time with Blink.
They agreed to cancel the order, so now I will need to order my contacts from another provider after Blink wasted 2 weeks of my time plus my trip to pick them up with their misquoted prices.
Totally not impressed and will not order from them again. IMHO, you need to honor your quoted price if your staff communicated that to you customers.
