  • So far, my experience with this company has been terrible. Booking was easy enough. I was really looking forward to getting my yard cleaned up. They were supposed to come today and canceled at 6:15 in the morning for "weather." It is going to be 85 degrees and sunny today, so this is totally bogus. Supposedly, they're coming tomorrow...when it's scheduled to storm. And it will storm for the next four days in a row. Highly debating just buying my own mower and canceling unless they can remedy this problem. EDITED TO ADD THIS: I tried calling their office. Straight to voicemail. I tried sending an email in the comment box on the website. Wouldn't go through (kept redirecting to a Retry button). I emailed through my regular account, and we'll see what corporate BS response I get. I just canceled and removed my credit card info. This is absolutely not worth it. Horrible company.
